2. Services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking & Payment Policy
How to Confirm Your Tour
To secure your private Morocco journey, a 30% deposit is required after the itinerary is agreed upon.
Once we receive the deposit, your accommodations, transportation, and experiences will be officially reserved and your dates guaranteed.
Payment Method
Payments are made via international bank transfer.
Bank details will be provided on your official booking invoice.
Remaining Balance
The remaining 70% is payable upon arrival in Morocco (cash or bank transfer) on the first day of the tour.
Reservation Process
- We design your custom itinerary together
- You receive a detailed proposal and price confirmation
- You pay the deposit
- Your tour is fully confirmed
You will receive a written confirmation and support assistance before your arrival.
4. Cancellation Policy
At Premier Morocco Tours, every journey is privately designed and reservations are secured in advance with our trusted partners, including accommodations and professional drivers. For this reason, the following policy applies.
Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
This allows us to reserve your hotels, transportation, and plan your personalized itinerary.
Cancellations
More than 30 days before arrival
You will receive a full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
15–30 days before arrival
50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before arrival
The booking becomes non-refundable due to confirmed reservations and partner commitments.
Changes to Dates
We understand plans can change. Whenever possible, we will gladly reschedule your tour to new travel dates (subject to availability) at no additional planning fee.
No-Show / Early Departure
Unused services, late arrivals, or early departures are non-refundable.
Unexpected Events
In case of travel disruptions outside your control (flight cancellations, border restrictions, or similar events), we will work with you to reschedule your tour so you do not lose your experience.
5. Changes to Itineraries
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made to ensure the best possible experience.
6. Responsibility and Liability
Premier morocco tours acts as an organizer and is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Travelers are responsible for having valid travel documents, insurance, and complying with local laws.
7. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the website or its content. All content is provided for informational purposes only.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logo, design) is the property of Premier morocco tours and may not be used without prior written permission.
